CALL FOR PAPER

本次国际会议由国际CAD杂志主编LesPiegl发起，2004年5月24-28日将在泰国举办，该论文集由出版社以电子版的形式发表，部分优秀论文在国际CAD杂志上以专辑发表。另外，本次大会设最佳论文奖。

CAD'04 welcomes contributions from the general areas of Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing normally considered in JCAD. Since it is believed that no problem is ever solved completely, traditional as well as emerging topics are considered. Among the emerging areas papers are invited in the following categories:

Nano---Nano-CAD: the design, analysis and manufacturing of invisible objects;

Bio--- Bio-CAD: the use of CAD technology in biology and medicine;

Fashion---CAD in the garment and fashion industry;

Art---CAD in the arts and creative media;

Evolution---Evolutionary and genetic algorithms in CAD;

Internet---CAD and the internet: web enabled design;

Theory---Design theory: the theoretical foundations of CAD;

Education---CAD education: the design of CAD curricula and educational materials;

Fuzzy---Fuzzy-CAD: fuzzy technology to improve productivity;

Engines---CAD engines: hardware acceleration to speed up CAD processes; and

Human---Human factors in CAD.
