CVPR 2004 will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC, located in the heart of Washington's business and federal
districts, just steps from the Washington Convention Center, MCI Center, The
White House, and the free monuments and museums of the city.
Papers in the main technical program must describe high-quality,
original research. Topics of interest include all aspects of computer vision and
pattern recognition including, but not limited to the following areas:

All
submissions will be done electronically. Submission instructions will be posted
on the conference website soon. Reviewing will be double-blind. In submitting a
manuscript to CVPR, authors acknowledge that no paper of substantially similar
content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during
the CVPR review period.
In
addition to the main technical program, the conference will include Short
Courses, Workshops, and Demonstrations. Submit proposals to the appropriate
