Emergency Notice for Fourth International Conference on Virtual Reality and
its Application in Industry (VRAI’2003)

  Because SARS, the Important Dates in original CALL FOR PAPER have been delayed as follows:Full paper submission: May 30, 2003 delayed to June 30, 2003
Notification of acceptance: June 30, 2003 delayed to July 30,2003
   Camera-ready copy due: July 20, 2003 delayed to August 15, 2003Other contents are not be changed. Welcome your submissions and contributions.
  According to China Government’s report, SARS in Chinese mainland are controlled under the great attentions and effective prevention and control methods. New SARS cases have been descended gradually. Many locations (including Tianjin) have not find new SARS cases several days continuously. We firmly believe we will win the SARS fight.
  We will issue a separate notice for the concrete opening date of the conference and other related matters.

国际会议征文紧急通知

对于原（VRAI’2003）征文通知中规定的征文截止日期：2003年5月30日，录取通知日期：2003年6月30日及论文最终稿日期：2003年7月20日，因受SARS影响，故将征文截止日期延至2003年6月30日，录取通知日期延至2003年7月30日及论文最终稿日期延至2003年8月15日。欢迎国（境）内外学者继续投稿。其它内容按原征文通知。
根据我国政府报导，由于中央人民政府及地方人民政府高度重视，并采取了有效的防治手段，使SARS受到控制。新增确诊SARS病例逐渐下降，很多地区（含天津市）已为零增长，深信在不久的将来，我国一定能控制SARS的发病，并解决SARS的治疗问题。
有关会议的具体召开时间及其他有关规定另行通知。
